By booking, purchasing tickets, or entering Creepy House premises, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Payments

• Bookings can be made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or walk-in.

• Walk-in bookings are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

• Full payment may be required to confirm a booking.

• Prices may vary depending on the number of players and selected game.

2. Arrival Time

• Players must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled time.

• Players must be within the premises of Creepy House within 15 minutes of their booking time or their booking may be cancelled and given to another group or shortened in gameplay without refund, depending on availability.

3. Age Restrictions

• Participants must be 10 years and older – younger ages require the presence of an accompanying adult.

4. Health & Safety

• Creepy House is a horror entertainment experience that may include:

  • Darkness

  • Loud sounds

  • Jump scares

  • Actors

  • Confined spaces

• The experience may not be suitable for individuals with:

  • Heart conditions

  • Epilepsy

  • Severe anxiety or panic disorders

  • Pregnancy

  • Serious medical conditions

• Participation is at your own risk.

5. Behavior & Conduct

• Players must follow instructions from staff and game masters at all times.

• The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Physical contact with actors or staff

  • Damaging props, puzzles, or equipment

  • Intoxicated or aggressive behavior

• Creepy House reserves the right to remove any participant without refund if rules are violated.

• Creepy House reserves the right to require payment for any damages caused by the participants, subject to the damage level.

6. Personal Belongings

• Creepy House is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

7. Photography & Recording

• Photography and video recording inside game rooms are prohibited.

• Creepy House may take photos or videos for marketing purposes.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• Bookings may be rescheduled subject to availability.

• Refund policies may vary depending on the booking method.

9. Right to Refuse Entry

Creepy House reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who:

• Does not follow safety instructions

• Appears intoxicated

• Poses a safety risk to themselves or others.

DISCLAIMER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By entering Creepy House and participating in any of its experiences, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

Creepy House is an immersive horror attraction that includes intense audio, visual effects, actors, and physical environments.
Participants understand that such experiences may cause fear, stress, or physical reactions.

2. Voluntary Participation

Participation in Creepy House games is completely voluntary, and guests choose to participate at their own risk.

3. Medical Responsibility

Guests confirm they do not have any medical or psychological conditions that could be aggravated by a horror experience.

4. Liability Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants release Creepy House, its owners, employees, and partners from any liability related to:

• Personal injury

• Emotional distress

• Property damage

• Accidents occurring during participation.

5. Compliance with Rules

Guests agree to follow all safety rules and instructions provided by Creepy House staff.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the attraction without refund.

بمجرد الحجز، أو شراء التذاكر، أو دخول مرافق “كريبي هاوس” (Creepy House)، فإنك توافق على الشروط والأحكام التالية:

1. الحجز والمدفوعات

• يمكن إجراء الحجوزات عبر موقعنا الإلكتروني، أو الهاتف، أو الواتساب، أو الحضور المباشر.

• تخضع الحجوزات المباشرة (Walk-in) لمدى التوفر ولا يمكن ضمانها مسبقاً.

• قد يتطلب تأكيد الحجز دفع المبلغ كاملاً.

• قد تختلف الأسعار بناءً على عدد اللاعبين واللعبة المختارة.

2. وقت الوصول

• يجب على اللاعبين الوصول قبل 15 دقيقة على الأقل من موعدهم المحدد.

• يجب التواجد داخل مقر “كريبي هاوس” خلال 15 دقيقة من وقت الحجز، وإلا قد يتم إلغاء الحجز ومنحه لمجموعة أخرى، أو تقليل وقت اللعب دون استرداد المبلغ، وذلك حسب التوفر.

3. القيود العمرية

• يجب على المشاركين ان يكونوا بعمر 10 سنوات واكبر – الأعمار اقل من 10 سنوات يجب تواجد شخص بالغ مسئول عنهم.

4. الصحة والسلامة

“كريبي هاوس” هي تجربة ترفيهية مرعبة قد تتضمن:

• الظلام التام.

• أصواتاً صاخبة.

• مشاهد مفاجئة (Jump scares).

• ممثلين.

• أماكن ضيقة ومغلقة.

قد لا تكون التجربة مناسبة للأفراد الذين يعانون من:

• أمراض القلب.

• الصرع.

• اضطرابات القلق الشديد أو نوبات الهلع.

• الحمل.

• حالات طبية خطيرة.

• المشاركة تكون على مسؤوليتك الشخصية.

5. السلوك والآداب العامة

• يجب على اللاعبين اتباع تعليمات الموظفين ومسؤولي اللعبة (Game Masters) في جميع الأوقات.

• يُمنع منعاً باتاً ما يلي:

  • الاحتكاك الجسدي مع الممثلين أو الموظفين.

  • إتلاف الديكورات، أو الألغاز، أو المعدات.

  • السلوك العدواني أو الحضور تحت تأثير المسكرات.

• يحتفظ “كريبي هاوس” بالحق في طرد أي مشارك دون رد المبلغ في حال مخالفة القواعد.

• يحتفظ “كريبي هاوس” بالحق في المطالبة بتعويض مادي عن أي أضرار يتسبب بها المشاركون، بناءً على حجم الضرر.

6. الممتلكات الشخصية

• “كريبي هاوس” غير مسؤول عن أي مفقودات أو ممتلكات شخصية مسروقة أو تالفة.

7. التصوير والتسجيل

• يُمنع التصوير الفوتوغرافي أو تسجيل الفيديو داخل غرف الألعاب.

• يجوز لـ “كريبي هاوس” التقاط صور أو فيديوهات لأغراض تسويقية.

8. الإلغاء والاسترداد

• يمكن إعادة جدولة الحجوزات بناءً على التوفر.

• تختلف سياسات استرداد الأموال حسب وسيلة الحجز.

9. الحق في رفض الدخول

يحتفظ “كريبي هاوس” بالحق في رفض دخول أي شخص:

• لا يتبع تعليمات السلامة.

• يبدو تحت تأثير المسكرات.

• يشكل خطراً على سلامته أو سلامة الآخرين.

2. المشاركة الطوعية: المشاركة في ألعاب “كريبي هاوس” طوعية تماماً، ويختار الضيوف المشاركة على مسؤوليتهم الخاصة.

3. المسؤولية الطبية: يؤكد الضيوف أنهم لا يعانون من أي حالات طبية أو نفسية قد تتفاقم بسبب تجربة الرعب.

4. إبراء الذمة من المسؤولية: إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، يعفي المشاركون “كريبي هاوس” ومالكيه وموظفيه وشركائه من أي مسؤولية تتعلق بـ:

• الإصابات الشخصية.

• الاضطراب العاطفي أو النفسي.

• تلف الممتلكات.

• الحوادث التي تقع أثناء المشاركة.

5. الامتثال للقواعد: يوافق الضيوف على اتباع جميع قواعد السلامة والتعليمات المقدمة من موظفي “كريبي هاوس”. قد يؤدي عدم الامتثال إلى الطرد من المكان دون رد المبلغ المدفوع.
