1. Booking & Payments

  • Bookings can be made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or walk-in.

  • Walk-in bookings are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Full payment may be required to confirm a booking.

  • Prices may vary depending on the number of players and selected game.

2. Arrival Time

  • Players must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled time.

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened gameplay or cancellation without refund, depending on availability.

3. Age Restrictions

  • Hard & Medium Horror Games (Bloodline, Outbreak, Um Al Duwais): 12+ years old

  • Non-Horror Games: 8+ years old

  • Players under 16 may be required to be accompanied by an adult.

4. Health & Safety

  • Creepy House is a horror entertainment experience that may include:

    • Darkness

    • Loud sounds

    • Jump scares

    • Actors

    • Confined spaces

  • The experience may not be suitable for individuals with:

    • Heart conditions

    • Epilepsy

    • Severe anxiety or panic disorders

    • Pregnancy

    • Serious medical conditions

  • Participation is at your own risk.

5. Behavior & Conduct

  • Players must follow instructions from staff and game masters at all times.

  • The following are strictly prohibited:

    • Physical contact with actors or staff

  • Creepy House reserves the right to remove any participant without refund if rules are violated.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Bookings may be rescheduled subject to availability.

9. Right to Refuse Entry

Creepy House reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who:

  • Does not follow safety instructions

  • Appears intoxicated

  • Poses a safety risk to themselves or others.
